US IT Staffing Delivery Head - P&L (17-20 yrs)

We are currently retained by a leading global US IT staffing organization which works with direct clients in the US on niche senior level roles to hire their US Staffing Leader.
This role requires a seasoned professional from the US staffing industry with strong P&L management skills.
Desired skills & experience :
- Minimum 17 years of staffing experience with atleast 10 years of experience in US staffing
- P&L management experience
- Understanding of various US Staffing terms W2 and C2C
- People management experience of managing atleast 50 people
- Excellent influencing skills
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
The role is based in HYDERABAD and requires the person to work in the US shift. Please do not apply if you are looking to work in India shift timings.
