US IT Recruiter - Screening/Sourcing/Interviewing (2-5 yrs)
Identify client requirements for existing IT resources as they become available.
- A qualified candidate must have 2 - 5 years with proven bench sales (H1B, OPT, EAD, GC and Citizens) experience in the US IT consulting industry
- Must be well versed with US Tax terms like W2, Corp2Corp 1099.
- Must have good understanding of US staffing business, sales and recruitment process.
- Must be capable to identify new clients (tier-1 vendors direct clients) & also need to have good network of tier-1 vendors & Direct clients for providing staffing solutions.
- Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites etc. to source C2C requirements.
- Must have good experience in cold calling, rate negotiation and also need to have good convincing and closing skills.
- Must have good understanding on all IT technologies.
- Must be a good team player and result driven.
- Must have good attitude. Important requirements
- Must be willing to work towards direct client acquisitions.
- MUST own the position for which hired, meaning must take ownership towards their work responsibilities.
Salary Range: 8 - 12 LPA
