US IT Recruiter/Lead Recruiter

2+ years’ of full life cycle recruitment experience in the US IT staffing industry (experience in Healthcare IT is a significant plus).

- Experience sourcing and recruiting for contract roles as well as for full time roles

- Excellent understanding of Boolean searches and other sourcing techniques like networking, referrals, internet searches to find qualified candidates

- Good understanding of various job boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed and others.

- Excellent English language communication skills, written and oral

- Working closely with the peers and management at the corporate headquarters in the US.
