Location : US & India

We are looking to build a team of US IT recruiters who have a strong attitude, aptitude, focus and passion for recruiting best professionals for clients in US.

Must have:

- 1 - 5 years of experience in US recruitment

- Experience in analyzing job descriptions, job matching, sourcing, pre-screening/interviewing candidates

- Knowledge and experience working with popular Job Boards (Monster, Indeed, Dice, CareerBuilder etc.)

- Understanding of the different types of contracts/paperwork involved in US recruitment

- Knowledge of US Visa types and paperwork involved

- Excellent spoken English, communication, and negotiation skills

- Excellent MS Office skills, Internet savvy

- Self-motivated, self-starter, hungry to learn and to excel

- Sharp, requires minimum guidance and support to execute assigned tasks

- Working hours: US Central time zone - 8 AM to 5 PM CST (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM India time).
