ThinkVidya.com is seeking a highly motivated individual, with an entrepreneurial mindset, to join the team in the position of Product Manager, Mobile. This position will be responsible for product roadmap and delivery of Mobile App & Mobile Website.   Specific Duties/Responsibilities:  - Define a roadmap and detailed requirements for Mobile App & Mobile Website  - Think through various use case to create workflows and detailed wireframes  - Think through every aspect of the User Experience  - Work closely with Design team to get final UI Designs on time  - Work closely with technology team to get the features implemented on time  - Talk to customers on regular basis to understand their needs in details  - Conduct competitive analysis regularly and identify areas for differentiation  Skills/Experience Requirements:  - Total experience of 3-5 years on Mobile Apps (iOS, Android & WinPhone)  - Solid understanding of mobile ecosystem including App Stores and mobile consumer usage patterns.  - Solid understanding of Mobile Design principles.  - Good with Mobile analytics tools to understand user behavior and product specific insights  - Excellent problem-solving skills  - Track record of defining and releasing successful products   - Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment   - Entrepreneurial mind set is a big plus  - BE/BTech/MTech/MBA  - 3-5 years of experience as Product Manager with Mobile as a larger focus
