UrbanClap has the aim and opportunity to bring this vast offline world online, just like Flipkart or Snapdeal has done for products.  As our first digital marketing specialist you will have the responsibility and ownership of defining our overall strategy for marketing through Google, Facebook, Twitter and other ad digital ad networks.  Initially over first 3-4 months  - Goal - Drive traffic to the website of potential customers looking for services, with the metric being number of requests submitted and not visits  - Define online advertising strategy and creation of multichannel advertising campaigns - Google SEM, Facebook (paid ads, engagement on groups) across our service offerings (currently 10 on our website but will rapidly expand)  - Create, manage, optimize ad spend across these in a data driven approach  - Conversion funnel optimization based on changes in adwords, targeting, bidding, choice of landing page etc  Over the next 6-8 months  - Create a team under you to manage the campaigns while you focus on overall strategy across not just Delhi but other cities we will expand to  - Integrate with other user acquisition strategies like SEO, content based social media (relevant content, viral videos etc), referral programs  - Constantly innovate on the channels and advertising to build a moat around UrbanClap as a competitive differentiation  Requirements  - In-depth knowledge and experience about various products that aid in these efforts.
