Urban Ladder is a tight-knit start-up that's been at the forefront of driving furniture eCommerce in India. In this space, building and managing the online community and more importantly engaging them is of great importance to us.
Role:
- The ideal person for this role should live and breathe social media - Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, Vine and whatever else is the next big thing
- You'll be responsible for defining and managing all the content on these social media channels.
- You'll be developing fun, new ideas ranging from stories, events/contests, videos, and determining best practices for flawless execution.
- You'll be required to monitor and measure the engagement and the success of the different campaigns with channel-specific metrics.
Requirements:
- At least 2+ years of experience in a passionate social media enthusiast role is a big plus.
- Have the talent and flexibility to drive interaction in the social media channels - proven ability to interact with diverse groups
- Must enjoy writing - strong written and verbal communication is a must-have.
- Ability to work cross-functionally across all teams in the organization
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
- Graduation or post-graduation in mass communication preferred.
- Personal Attitude: Friendly, personable and sociable.
