Manager - Online Marketing

Urban Ladder is at the forefront of driving furniture e-commerce in India. The digital marketing team at Urban Ladder is well recognized by the industry and customers alike for the high quality work we have put together over the last two years.

Role:

- Driving high quality traffic and conversions from the channel(s) you own.

- Handle margin responsibilities for your channel(s) - budget planning, category planning and campaign optimization.

- Establish Urban Ladder to be a case-study w.r.t your marketing channel by showcasing a high level of creativity and optimization.

- Initially an individual contributor who will work with internal (products, engineering, creative) and external (ad networks, agencies, partners) teams to execute on campaigns.

- Opportunity to build a team as the number of channels and each of the channels start to scale.

- Evaluate new channel opportunities - provide insights and perspective for adoption of these

Requirements:

- MBA or an engineering degree from IIM or IIT.

- Online marketing manager - managing one or more marketing channels for Urban Ladder which could span across Search, Social, Display, Emails.

- Entrepreneurial mindset, tremendous drive & ownership, hands-on, high attention to detail

- Very strong on analytics, problem solving skills and logical reasoning

- Basic understanding of online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices

- Prior experience in online marketing is a plus
