Urban Ladder is one of the fastest growing start-up that's been at the forefront of driving furniture e-commerce in India. We are striving towards organising the Indian furniture manufacturing supply chain and maintaining high standards of quality and delivery for our products. We are looking for highly enthusiastic individuals who are willing to take up the cross-functional role of managing a category of products and constantly strive to innovate in their areas.

Role:

- Gathering Customer Intelligence: Contributing to the Range Planning, with research, active consumer feedback, competition analysis

- Product Development Co-ordination: Work closely with category managers, vendors and in-house design teams to move products from inception to market.

- Vendor Identification and Development: Work with various ecosystems, manufacturers, materials on value engineering and contributing to price negotiation dialogs.

- Supply Chain Configuration: Plan a Supply Chain that optimizes SLAs, margins and bandwidth

- Product Positioning: Drive product positioning dialogue in the company based on Market Analysis and Consumer insights

- Product Launch Coordination: Engage with functions such as Marketing, Customer-Service, Engineering, Operations and Finance on the information needed for various products and ensure stock inward in time.

- Constant Product availability: Identify hit products, ensure strong inventory planning based on constraints, ensure constant availability with a tight check on inventory

- Category data intelligence - Constantly keep analysing the data on sales, inventory, orders etc to derive insights into expanding the category and contribute to fast scale-up.

We are looking for someone:

- with extremely high level of ownership, drive and initiative supported by prior track record

- with 0-3 years of work experience in a role where he/she has had exposure to process management, supply chain and operations.

- with Educational background - should be from premier Engineering institute.
