UPL has its presence in more than 100 countries worldwide with global human capital strength of more than 10,000.   Role- Team Member, Talent Acquisition   Location- Mumbai  Reporting to- Head Talent Acquisition, India  Key Responsibilities:   Lateral Talent Acquisition, Talent Mapping, Recruitment Projects on Recruitment Analytics, Employer Branding.  - Partner with the TA Leader and senior stakeholders to understand business plans & design plans for proactive hiring/ talent mapping ( Specially focused on Corporate Functions, HR, Global Portfolio/s)  - Competition Mapping, Market Intelligence reporting, Talent Mapping for multiple business functions   - Drive recruitment analytics in India- Collaboratively working with HR Business partners for Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing Organization in India, Global Portfolio/s, Asia & AME  - Work on specific projects on the recruitment process improvisation, Employer Branding focused on creating a signature UPL experience for external talent, TA process audit/s  - Market Intelligence Reporting on Campus, Studying best practices in the Technology and B-School Campus landscape and creating a unique -UPL Value proposition at Indian Campuses  - Managing & Engaging Recruitment Partners in a structured manner and layout a framework for assessment of recruitment/ process related partners  Internal Stakeholders: TA Leader; TA Team ;HR Business Partners - SCM, India Region, Asia, AME, Corporate Functions; Business/ Functional stakeholders  External Stakeholders: Recruitment / Process Partners  Education & Experience: MBA in HR ( Premier B-School ) with 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Campus/ Lateral ) and HR Business partner roles with an Indian/ Global MNC  Competencies Required:   - Strong Influencing and Persuasion Skills   - Highly energetic and self driven professional with a proven track of thinking through and implementing value adding initiatives   - Result oriented professional with an ability to work with speed and deliver quality work within tight timelines  - Ability to understand business and engage business stakeholders in a meaningful way  - Ability to do a need-gap analysis and create processes basis the need identified   - Strong desire to partner in the journey for creating a strong UPL employer brand in the external market  If you are keen on exploring this opportunity, please apply.
