ROLE : Sr. Manager - Demand Planning

LOCATION : Mumbai

REPORTING : Head of Demand Planning

PURPOSE :

Elevate demand planning position to develop succession pipeline, drive demand planning process, establish effective S & OP forum and inventory management.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Establish S & OP

- Develop S & OP dash board for Forecast Accuracy, Inventory, Service Level and drive S & OP process.

- Inventory - Define inventory norms

- Manage and Control inventory within norms

- Statistical forecasting - roll out globally and improve accuracy

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :

- Graduation + MBA in Supply chain/ Operations/ Strategic planning/General Management/Marketing from Tier1 Colleges

- Working Experience on APO DP module must, Implementation experience desired, Background in Agrochemical / Pharma / FMCG desired.

FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS :

- Understanding of business dynamics

- Basic understanding of APO DP design / SNP - PPDS preferred

- Statistical modelling in APO S & OP Process

BEHAVIORAL REQUIREMENTS :

- High standard of communication skills both written and verbal desired

- Outspoken and is able to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders

- Has skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Result Oriented
