Merging the latest technology, pedagogy and services, UpGrad is creating an immersive student experience - anytime and anywhere.  What are we looking for  - Drive UpGrad's Offline Presence through learning centres in Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi (tentative)  - Spearhead the offline operations of the centre across end to end execution of events, classes and workshops, marketing, lead generation and conversion.  - Manage marketing partnerships, speakers and offline agencies for events and workshops  - Define and manage the brand experience across the UpGrad centres  - Own the city level growth, promotions and marketing across channels  - Own the P&L of the individual centres across the cities  - Manage the day to operations of the centre and increase the organic walk-ins on a month on month basis  - Work with the central marketing team on city level demand generation and brand campaigns  - Build a highly efficient operations and marketing team to establish UpGrad as the leading online education brand in the city  Desired Profile  - 3 + years of experience in sales, operations & marketing  - Ability to work in least supervision  - Preferred from Premium Institutes
