Roles and Responsibilities :

- You will be responsible for the revenue growth of a new vertical at UpGrad - Emerging Technology Education. As a program marketing manager, you will own the acquisition funnel - Leads generation and nurturing, sales, research and planning related to growing the vertical business. You will report to the marketing head with a dotted line reporting to the program director.

Role :

- Work with the program director on vertical research, consumer understanding and develop program USPs

- Devise and execute marketing plans across the funnel for programs in Emerging technologies like Software Product Engineering, Mobile Technologies, IOT etc.

- Own the marketing P&L for all the programs in the vertical and work with various teams (program, marketing, sales, tech) to achieve the targeted revenue and cost of customer acquisition (CAC)

- Work with the marketing team to plan and execute the lead generation campaigns

- Own the marketing communication for the vertical - marketing collaterals, reports, case studies, advertising and website

- Conduct offline events, activations and webinars to engage with the prospective audience

- Be the central pillar for all things marketing and program insights.

Requirements :

- Excellent negotiation skills, project management skills and ability to work with internal and external teams

- Ability to generate and execute new ideas/strategies to grow the vertical

- 2-5 years of experience in marketing operations - Digital and offline

- MBA preferable but not necessary

- Knowledge / experience working in the Technology industry (mobile solutions, software development etc.) is preferable but not necessary
