University Relations Specialist - IT - Contractual Role

Our client is a US based IT product firm and Leader in Networking Space

Designation: University Relations Specialist - On Contract

Position reports to Recruitment Manager and plays an IC role

Roles & Responsibilities:

- The University Relations Specialist's primary responsibility is focused further developing and maintaining partnerships with specific schools, program staff, faculty and student organizations at targeted universities. These efforts result in an increase in brand awareness on India campuses and assist University Recruiters in the pipeline development of potential new college grad (NCG) and intern candidates.

- The University Relations Specialist will join a small team of UR Specialists as a front line contact for specific school representatives.

Desired Profile:

- Bachelor's degree

- 3-6 years of university relations or recruiting experience in corporate environment

- Event management experience

- Ability to travel continuously during peak recruiting seasons

- Ability to partner and communicate effectively with people across all levels of management and organization

- Detail oriented

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Ability to multitask

- Out-of-the-box thinker

- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
