Job Description :

- Lead and deliver Six Sigma BB training: thorough experience in delivering the training material - Lead Black Belt projects

- End to end metrics for Shared Services

- Lead and mentor a team of black belts across locations to drive lean and six sigma projects across business or functions

- Translate broad organization goals to specific projects.

- Facilitate & drive Six Sigma quality culture in the organization

- Coach/consult executive management and guide Champions with project selection and scope, assuring linkage between projects and business and partner priorities

- Mentor and coach Champions, Black Belts and Green Belts in the use of Six Sigma tools and methodology to ensure timely completion of projects with expected results

Qualification - Education and Experience :

Post Graduate - 10-12 years of experience with 5-7 years in a Lean Six Sigma quality role

Extensive experience of applying lean six sigma methodologies to drive process improvements

Skills Required :

Mandatory : BB certification from an organization, not a certifying body; Strong working exposure on Quality concepts and methodologies

- Led high impact continuous improvement projects that impact external / internal customer metrics- Proficient in use of Minitab

- Extensive experience in BB and GB trainings- min 4 BB trainings led independently

- Trainer Certification preferred

- Strong people management skills and Leadership skills

- Excellent communicator, with ability to comprehend and articulate questions raised by attendees maintaining a persuasive and credible presentation style at all levels of the organization.

- Quick thinker and ability to give related examples

- Expert in applying Six Sigma, Lean methodologies, tools

- Results based focused skill set with strong impact and influencing skills.

- Strong analytical skills and process focus
