The individual will be responsible for providing consulting services to the Healthcare clients globally. He/she will manage client engagements, work closely with sales to develop solutions and proposals for potential clients, and support internal strategic efforts. The position is based out of Gurgaon, and may require domestic/international travel based on the client needs.

Qualifications:

- 5-8 years of Consulting experience, preferably at one of the top-tier consulting firms

- Should have independently led client engagements

- UG: B.E/B.Tech (IITs or equivalent) or MBBS/MD (from one of the premier colleges)

- PG: MBA from ISB/IIMs/other top global B-school or equivalent

- Prior Healthcare experience desired

- Good knowledge of functional areas (supply chain, revenue growth, cost optimization, etc.)

- Ability to work with CXOs and business leaders

- Excellent thought leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle ambiguity and change

- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to execute client engagements

- Translate the needs of potential clients into targeted solutions and offerings

- Work closely with other divisions of UnitedHealth Group to develop joint go-to-market offerings

- Manage global client pursuits and proposals

- Provide thought leadership in areas of expertise

- Lead strategic initiatives that help advance organizational goals

- Coordinate and prioritize business needs in a matrix management environment

- Participate in industry research and analysis efforts to stay on top of emerging industry trends
