- In this IT Architect role, you will be responsible for the development, communication and implementation of the organization's technology architecture and applications plan, including the components required to support it and in the integration of corporate and business architecture and applications.

Primary responsibilities :

- You will collaborate with the business to understand/influence business requirements

- You will demonstrate understanding of cross-functional/cross-domain requirements and impact

- You will maintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies/products/trends related to architectural solutions

- You will ensure alignment of solutions with business and IT goals/objectives

- You will identify and quantify scope and impact of business changes on systems- You will facilitate/lead/participate in identification of solution options and features

- You will communicate solution options to business owners/stakeholders (e.g. architecture reviews)

- You will incorporate software and system architecture (e.g. infrastructure, network) into conceptual designs

- You will ensure alignment with enterprise technology standards (e.g. solution patterns, application frameworks, technology roadmaps, capital plans)

- You will identify gaps between established standards and proposed solutions, and follow the exception/waiver process as needed- You will maintain awareness of current technology assets and the capability of each- You will understand and adhere to architecture Governance framework

- You will deliver all project deliverables on scope, on time and on budget

Primary Responsibilities :

- Architect enterprise solutions for global members and constituents Envision and create the high level architecture and solution design using Microsoft .NET framework Identify key business and technology drivers that impact application architectures, such as user requirements, existing application environment and performance requirements.

- Help define and execute product roadmaps Provide guidance to the development team on how to implement solutions Review implementation of solutions to ensure adherence to proposed solution

- Build various UML deliverables including Activity, Component and Deployment diagrams Consult with business partners on technology solutions for the business unit Work with cross functional teams to build product solutions

- Maintain knowledge of current & emerging technologies related to architectural solutions Identify and recommend appropriate technology stacks, tools, frameworks and integration strategies for off-the-shelf solutions or third party packages.

- Participate in the Architecture Review Board, providing technical guidance and design review / validation to strategic projects. Contribute to the development and evolution of the portfolio of reference architectural strategy including development models, frameworks, reusable assets, design strategy (e.g. management, integration and optimization), and apply to ongoing projects and initiatives.

- Use this portfolio to provide guidance to project teams regarding principles of system/application design, coding, standards and system performance. Review, advice and design standards, risks, costs versus benefits and impact on the enterprise business process & goals. Conduct research on emerging technologies, trends and solutions areas in support of systems development efforts, and recommend technologies that will increase cost effectiveness and systems flexibility.

- Mentor software development teams, encourage adoptions of latest technologies, promote use of best practices and design patterns.Qualification:10-16 Years of experience Previous .NET architecture experience Strong understanding of modern development methodologies and tools including Agile (XP and Scrum), Rapid Application Development etc.

- Knowledge of application architectures, enterprise architecture, release methodologies, project management, technical support, production support, client/server applications, internet and intranet applications Ability to analyze, design and build object-oriented, component-based applications in a Windows/Web/Internet delivery environment.

- Extensive experience in the design, planning, and implementation of complex large-scale enterprise solutions using distributed teams within process-oriented organization.

- Technical expertise and extensive experience with Microsoft technology stack Microsoft .NET WCF, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL Server, VSS / TFS, Design Patterns, Entity Framework, Web Services, etc. and ability to research and apply newer .NET technology towards development of large scale systems.

- Experience in latest client side technologies like Angular JS, Bootstrap JS, etc. Strong knowledge of SOA, n-tier and production internet architecture in the parlance if an enterprise systemSolid understanding of inter-operability issues and the strengths and weaknesses of platforms and products, with the ability to provide a trusted voice at the decision-making table.

- Excellent organizational, coordination, interpersonal and communication skills with ability to provide technology leadership to multiple projects / teams. Aptitude for reviewing new and existing IT projects, systems designs, for compliance with IT, quality and security standards. -

Required Qualifications :

- Undergraduate degree, 8+ years of experience in IT Solution Delivery and architecture

- 8+ years of full-life-cycle application development experience

- Deep understanding of industry patterns for application architecture and integration

- 6+ years experience in building multi-tier applications using (applicable skill set here such as Java or .NET, this will vary)

- Agile development experience
