Job Description :

Roles & Responsibilities :

The TEM is responsible for partnering with the Program/Project Manager, aligning scope, resources, and schedules, to ensure Quality Testing through a project SDLC.

NOTE : In some cases, the TEM and PM may be the same resource.

- The TEM is responsible for implementing and evolving appropriate QA measurements and metrics, setting clear expectations across the team and their respective peers.

- How standard reports are utilized or manipulated for executive leadership consumption is Program/Project specific.

- The TEM manages the daily QA functions of end to end test planning, scheduling and running defect meetings, serve as the liaison between development and business partners for testing escalations, and drive testing milestones through to completion.

- Coordination of Testing environments, both for SIT and UAT are the responsibility of the Test Execution Manager.

The TEM is responsible for building a test environment matrix identifying the applicable integrated environments and their connection points, the appropriate Points of Contact for data requests, and funneling all data requests through to the data coordinator within each Program

NOTE : For Larger Projects, or impact of Claims QA

- Quality Engineering Team, environment information will be included in the Test Strategy documentation they provide.

- The TEM will build out a high level Test Execution Project Plans, which all detailed test plans will role-up to.

- It should include all high level milestones, such as execution start and completion dates, defect remediation completion dates, and all applicable quality gate sign-off milestones.

- Using PPM Optics TEM should build out high-level QA Project Plan.

- Test Execution Manager should partner with Program/Cross-App PMs through Escalation Policies and Procedures to highlight risks during the testing SDLC

- The CQA Test Strategy document will be used for all Projects/Programs over $1M to drive testing deliverables, requirements, and capacity needs.-ALM should be used as the single source of truth for all testing execution, defect tracking, and status reporting.

- If the project can support impacting the Claims QA Test Manager and Metrics then the daily metrics will be captured by this team and sent daily.

The Test Execution Manager should review the status of all defects daily to ensure that they are being addressed and documented

- The Test Execution Manager sends email communications to all key stakeholders to include a high level overall status of testing and some summarized information around test execution and open defects.

- Facilitate QA Sign-off via the Cross-Application PM at completion of QA quality gates and high severity defect resolution.-Conduct Post Implementation meetings to evolve best practices and process improvements.

- The TEM will continually build and retain program testing knowledge base by educating, communicating, and encouraging best practices

- This position is for 3PM-12PM

Required Expertise :

- IT Experience in range of 10+ years-Proficient in stakeholder satisfaction as this role will be client facing.-Have experience of leading a Project from End to End perspective are Plus.

- Strong experience with entire STLC/Agile activities-Prepare exhaustive plan for UAT Support, Attending UAT Test Planning/Test Results Walkthrough.

- Should Work closely with Dev/SA/Support groups

- Communicating with Cross apps from release perspective, Resolve Cross Apps issues with respect to timelines/Support

- Explore Communication Channels with Dev Leads, QCA's and UAT Teams.

- Assembly/ System/Integration/Regression/Retrofit Testing

- Maintaining Capacity to show demand vs. supply are Plus.-Create New/Use existing set of tools to create $ savings to the organization are Plus.

- Should be having exposure to Post Deployment Defects (PDR)

- Comply with standards of the software development life cycle and follow strategies, plans and procedures within information Technology software.

- Experience in Healthcare domain, especially the US healthcare(Preferred)-Healthcare and Testing Certifications are Plus. (Preferred)

- Have experience in managing large size projects are Plus.

- Experience of professional relationship management with Stakeholders across locations(Business partners, Dev, SSS, BA, SA and QA Managers)-Good process knowledge.

- Involvement in audits and compliance processes

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) and MS Visio

Additional Job Information :

- Ensure timely project deliveries (milestones and deliverables).

- Coordinate and communicate with client/onshore team for project related matters.

- Participate in Estimation process for testing projects.-Attend and drive meetings/walkthrough session/group meetings.

- Disseminate Business Knowledge; Provide or organize trainings.

- Knowledge on VBA (Excel/MS access Macro form designing)-Develop and maintain reusable, data driven/Modular automated test scripts in ne or more of the following tools : QuickTest Pro (QTP), TD/QC/ALM, UFT, Selenium (Preferred)

- Develop and maintain object repositories, test data, and function libraries. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to Automation team members and QA Management. (Preferred)

- Assist with creating and maintaining automation support documents surrounding standards, policies, procedures and metrics

- Provide and organize trainings as necessary.

- Plan and execute Knowledge Transition for the application domain.

- Review deliverables and ensure Quality of deliverables.

- Report project status/issues to project manager.-Should be able to take care of all aspects of project with minimal support.

- Facilitate in implementing and sustaining SQA processes.

- Assist Project Manager in project management.

- Carry our team administration functions

- Be creative and innovative to improve efficiency and quality of work.

- Contribute additional effort in organization building.

- Escalate the issues to the business partners/stakeholders pro-actively.

- QTP and QC Certification (preferred)
