Job Description - Primary responsibilities :

- Capable to handle a team of 22-30 people.

- Take end-to-end ownership of people, processes, delivery, budget/cost.

- Experience of developing & maintaining applications on .Net, Oracle, PL/SQL along with middle layer apps.

- Work hands-on on debugging/analysis and code fixes, as required.

- Generate innovative solutions to resolve application problems.

- Communicate independently will all stakeholders, timely, and close escalations/concerns effectively.

- Involve in QMS activities for the project and adhere to the processes

- Demonstrate as subject matter expertise in his/her chosen functional/ application area

- Evaluate, redesign and modify existing program logic to improve overall system performance.

- Able to conduct feasibility studies for significant new systems or expansion of current systems.

- Drive initiatives for betterment.

- Own Department/Organization level initiatives, as required.

Qualification :

Qualification/Skill requirements :

- Experience of handling large distributed teams.

- Experience in managing Dev, Support, QA teams working on multiple technologies.

- Educational Qualifications : B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / MSc (Minimum 16 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant).

- Background in healthcare industry applications in development and/or support.

- Proficient in developing and implementing web Application using .Net, PL/SQL, Oracle, UNIX.

- Good exposure of Oracle, SQL and PLSQL.

- Good Exposure to UNIX shell scripting and TWS scheduler.

- Should possess sound knowledge of SDLC.

- Experience or sound knowledge on Agile.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Adaptable to work in NIGHT SHIFT (3pm to 12am IST) if required.

- Experience of handling of OM applications is preferred
