Job Description :

- Evaluate business requirements and prepare the detailed business and technical specifications that follow project guidelines

- Lead requirements gathering and analysis activities

- Work closely with business teams to strategize solutions that support decommission program business objectives

- Act as the liaison between business, infrastructure and IT application teams

- Work closely with several cross functional teams to ensure business and technical requirements are completely understood

- Responsible for delivering multiple projects simultaneously.

- Ability to lead as Technical PM without day to day guidance. As a project manager heavily involved with setting up recurring status meetings with several cross applications teams, fielding questions from the business, as well as handling issues that arise from the business and IT application teams

- Gathering and updating project materials, completing project documentation, business flows, and lessons learned documents

- Speaking to details of the project to both the business and technical teams from beginning to end of all projects

- Simultaneously lead several projects with varied, multiple deliverables, team members and audiences requiring ongoing prioritization and relationship management

- Ensure IT deliverables align with business requirements with measurable results. Anticipating issues and acting proactively to address potential issues

- Managing cross-functional inter-dependencies

- Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely. Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed. Serves as a resource to others
