Primary Responsibilities :

Business title - Manager G28 Product owner/Product Manager.

- The role is to lead O360 portfolio from India based product mgmt. and business analysis team perspective

- Will have to interact with US counterparts including Product managers and Delivery leaders across the products in this portfolio

- Will have to manage stakeholder expectations - Product mgmt. as well as engineering leadership

- Will have to lead the Product owners in the O360 portfolio

- Will have to play the role of individual contributor in the role of Product owner or Product manager for one of the products within the portfolio

- Positions in this function conduct and manage outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning.

- They support short and long term operational/strategic business activities - by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models.

- They also develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.

- Employees in jobs labeled with SCA must support a government Service-

- Contract Act (SCA) agreement.

- Manages and is accountable for professional employees and/or supervisors.

- Impact of work is most often at the local level.

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

Skills :

- Product Management

- Health care domain

- MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 company

- IT experience- Clinical systems

- Coding

- Hands on future writing.

Qualification/ Required Qualifications :

- MBA / MBBS / MD / BE

- US healthcare domain expert

- Has worked in US healthcare setting for Provider organizations or IT implementation of Provider systems/products

- Should have experience of working in an agile envt

- Should have Product mgmt. experience

- Should have good knowledge of Revenue Cycle Mgmt (RCM)

- Product mgmt. knowledge and experience is desirable

- Work experience in healthcare product organizations such as Cerner, EPIC etc., and their certifications is good to have.
