Job Description :

- Work to gather, examine, and analyze data; write technical specifications for manipulating data to look for Fraud, abuse and waste patterns

- Independent project handling, client communication and project documentation

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of project scope, data extraction methodology, design of dependent and profile variables, logic and design of data cleaning, exploratory data analysis and statistical methods

- Produce timely and error-free deliverables in an efficient manner, managing multiple tasks and varying project scopes.

- Maintains quality control and ensures the maintenance of proper project/report documentation.

- Communicating key analytic findings to client, and responsible for addressing client's analytic concerns

- Communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing; conduct meetings and make professional presentations;

- Organize and manage time and resources; establish priorities and coordinate work on many projects simultaneously.

- Keeping close watch on US law on healthcare and its time to time impact on Healthcare Practices in the US

Qualification - Required skillset

- Good Understanding of US Healthcare domain, Fraud waste and abuse (FWA) and payment integrity

- Experience in US healthcare domain

- Basic Knowledge of basic SQL

- Basic Knowledge of SAS/SAS EG

- Basic in tools such as Microsoft Office Excel/Access/PowerPoint

- 4-7 years of experience in data analytics and payment integrity

Qualification:

- Sound knowledge of US Healthcare,

- Knowledge of Healthcare Fraud waste and abuse prevention,

- Attention to detail & Quality focused.

- Minimum 4 - 7 year of experience in analytics, Clinical Investigation Process and FWAE

- Good Analytical & comprehension skills

Desirable:

- Knowledge and/or experience of Indian healthcare system

- Certification Required: Any CIC, CCS, COC certification.

- Healthcare coding/training- shall be desirable.

- Understanding of Professional/facility/ASC Payment methodology and coding
