Primary Responsibilities :

- Develop, perform, and manage the analyses of business and financial metrics as well as performance measures

- Develop and maintain financial reports to clearly communicate actual results, fore-casted performance, and variances to plan,forecast and budget

- Understand and incorporate industry specific metrics into reports to highlight relevant trends and support fact-based business decisions

- Develop, perform and manage all aspects of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting

- Work closely with the business to develop, recommend and establish strategies, plans and processes to improve profitability and cost efficiencies

- Produce clear, well-formatted reports that communicate a clear, compelling message for their stakeholders

Primary Responsibilities :

- Supervise the daily activities of the resources and delegate tasks

- Collaborate on enterprise and business initiatives and projects

- Provide management and business partners with accurate reports

- Research and develop reconciliation/billing best practices

- Support and assist financial month close process

- Assists in financial management and analysis, as required

- Establish performance metrics and ensure staff is meeting expectations

- Establish activity/process mechanism update the status on operations/projects

- Hands on experience on Reconciliations, Billing and Reporting

- Work closely with the business on chargebacks to appropriate divisions

- Collaborate with applications, billing and decommissions team to ensure accuracy of cost billed

- Monthly actuals business reporting and forecast trend analysis on chargebacks and costs

- Perform ad hoc reporting, analyze issues and provide explanations

- Prepare documentation in support of chargeback / allocation of cost

- Communicate effectively with all levels, including senior leaders, on results

- Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise.

Required Qualifications : 9+ years of finance and/or accounting experience

- Masters degree preferred

Team Management : 3+ years of experience Reconciliations, Billing, Chargeback/Allocations experience

- Strong communication skills

Technical Skills :

- Smartview and/or Essbase

- Strong MS-office experience - Excel and Access

Qualification/ Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent work experience

- 4+ years of financial and/or accounting experience, Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office products

Desired : MBA or CPAHyperion Essbase, Planning and PeopleSoft Financials
