- Use your Sharp Analytical Skills to help us support, compile and report key information! Drive processes and technology improvement initiatives for the products, using standard project methodology (requirements, design, test, etc.).

- Use data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the business and clients.

- Engage users in analysis and evaluation of functional models and prototypes; identify dependencies and priorities.

- Evaluate technology applications for use by the user community.

- Produce, publish and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc client and operational reports relating to the development and performance of products.

- Gathering business requirement.

- Mapping the requirement with system, involve in Gap Analysis.

- Hands on experience of collecting and documenting business requirements, use cases and business flows.

- Strong data analysis, prototyping skills.

- Excellent client facing skills and the ability to work/communicate with clients/stakeholders to develop and interpret business requirements is essential

- Change management support to the business and the development team.

- Strong orientation to work successfully to meet targets and to deliver against tight deadlines

- Database Space and File system space monitoring

- Planned and Unplanned outage communications

- DR and BCP Planning- War Room Management- Assist the business / testing team in UAT/functional testing.

- Ensure that the requirements are implemented correctly during development.

- Ability to work with minimum supervision- Data corrections and enhancements that are needed

- Minor enhancements which are enabling new features of the application that was moved out of a production release that is not necessary, but highly desired by the business.

- Should be proactive, enthusiastic and great team player.

Qualification - Requirements :

- B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc with 5-7 Years of relevant experience

- 2+ years Business Analysis and/or System Analysis experience

- 3+ years experience on managing or working in large data warehouse or database environment

- 3+ years experience of managing and gathering business and technical requirements

- 3+ years experience of writing complex SQL queries

- 3+ years experience working in the different phases of SDLC- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Visio

- Familiarity with Agile Methodology, Scrum, Sprint Log- Previous experience with organizing and conducting JAD sessions

Assets:

- Experience with large DWH applications/systems is highly preferred

- Very strong SQL writing and data analysis skills is highly desirable

- Experience with SharePoint- Healthcare Insurance Industry experience
