Job Description :

- This position is primarily concerned with business process modeling. It will interact with business analysts and SMEs to help establish descriptions of current state business processes analyze weaknesses and strengths in the processes and work with the business team to define future state processes.

- The candidate must be able to apply good modeling principles and practices, be a good facilitator and be able to work in various levels of abstraction.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Conducting stakeholder interviews and user testing sessions,creating workflows and schematics, as well as delivering information architecture and click-through prototypes

- Existing, in-flight and future projects will be impacted by the role

- Develop architectural approach to meet key business objectives

- Develop architectural diagrams to illustrate architectural- complexities and interactions

- Work with business owners, analysts, solution engineers,- development teams and infrastructure services to communicate application and data architectures

- Ensure project successfully implements the designed solution following architectural tenets

- Conduct vendor analysis and proof-of-concepts for new technologies/solutions

- Help assess the planning for retirement of products and migration plans for the functional evolution of the system infrastructure

Qualification/Primary Responsibilities :

- Experience in Software Design, with applied knowledge of Key design principles

- Understanding Software Architecture

- Collaborate with the team on application architecture design and decision-making

- Solving complex problems through design and programming skills

- Experience in automating all the aspects of Engineering

- Understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms, including time and space complexity, optimization

- Contribute to development team and help to achieve key business objectives

- Ability to perform design and code reviews

Must have skills and Experience :

- Minimum 16 year of formal education - BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc ( Correspondence courses are not relevant)

- 8+ years in the IT industry and a good understanding of the full life cycle of development

- Must be highly creative and have extremely strong problem-solving skills

- Must have good written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable presenting to development groups.

- Experience with OO analysis design principles, design patterns

- Experience with the following technologies: C#, .NET 3.5+, MVC,- WCF, Web API, T-SQL

- Experience in UI frameworks with AngularJS, Bootstrap etc.

- Must have experience in Test frameworks with MSTest, Jasmine, Protractor

- Experience in HTML5, CSS 3- Accustomed to working with Microsoft Development environment

- Visual Studio, Sql Server Management Studio

- Experience working with Source Code management tools like TFS, SVNDesired Skills and Experience:Experience with Silverlight, Prism is a plus Experience in health care industry

- Experience working in Agile environment Experience working in Product Development

- Experience with MS Visio

Requirements :

- 3+ years experience in business analysis, systems analysis, data analysis, software design, software project management, or a combination of roles within the SDLC.

- 3+ years experience streamlining and standardizing business processes.

- 1+ years of Healthcare industry experience

- Previously involvement in development and deployment of a consumer or clinician-facing application

- Exposure to high-profile projects with multiple system integrations
