Qualification  Bachelors / Master's Degree, Minimum 4 years working in the HRIS discipline is required.  Experience playing a significant role in the implementation and/or sustaining operations of Workday ( Core HCM, Compensation, Talent modules )  Experience in delivering technology solutions to the disciplines within HR (compensation, performance management, organizational development, mobility, talent acquisition)  Strong working knowledge of HR systems, processes and practices  Experience mapping business requirements to technology capabilities, identifying gaps and omissions and designing end-to-end solutions  Must be able to maintain discretion and confidentiality of workforce data.  Job Description :  Lead the design, implementation, and support of the Workday Compensation, Benefits, Talent modules.   Responsible for implementation planning, fit analysis, facilitating design sessions to gather requirements, configuration, unit testing, rollout and potentially post-implementation support.   Resolve configuration and functional business issues across the various HR modules.   Achieve organizations Workday goals by collaborating with stakeholders at all management levels, including external consultants, technical IT subject matter experts, human resources, business partners, and vendors  Transfer knowledge of system deployment and functionality to business users via formal and informal training sessions  Pro-actively seeks and identifies continuous improvement opportunities and participates in new release feature and functionality reviews to provide ongoing technical guidance and support
