MANAGER/Sr Executive - Manager-Training/Operational Excellence

Function: Manufacturing

Only Oriya candidate will be preferred.

Job Scope/ Objective:

Plan, direct and monitor all trainings to workmen/staff during implementation of various infrastructure up gradation projects, new standard operating procedures and ensure its sustainability.

Main Priorities of the Role Holder:

- To conduct specified training related to new projects & standards

- To analyze SOPs, identify problems and recommend solutions that will improve performance

- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of supervisors who will work on continuous improvement

- To implement procedures related to ISO 22000 & other EHS regulations

1) Lead, direct, evaluate and develop the team to ensure full compliance of all statutory requirement

2) Provides direction to workers to ensure 100% customer satisfaction

3) Establishes expectations and reviews over safety and employee health

Experience and Education:

1) 3-5 years- experience of working in a Manufacturing organization

2) Good shop floor experience of production/ maintenance/workmen training

3) Exposure to Good Manufacturing Practices/ISO/EHS

4) B.E. Mechanical/ Electrical

5) MBA- Operations (Preferred)
