United Spirits - Regional Commercial Marketing Manager - IIM/XLRI/XIBM (4-8 yrs)
MBA from a good institute (preferably XIBM,XLRI, IIM Shillong, etc). Even executive MBA's from IIM's with good track record is preferred.
- Experience in Sales and/or Customer Marketing - HUL, P&G, ITC, Nestle, Marico, GSK or other reputed process driven organizations in a managerial role
- Experience in geographical diversity and mobility is added advantage.
- Candidate has to bring in knowledge as well as plan/execute existing USL processes.
'People' skills have to be very high as he has to leverage the internal and external customers to deliver objective's.
Developing and managing PoP relationship and service strategy.
