United Spirits - Executive - Reserve Activation (1-3 yrs)
Execute the Regional Luxury Brands Activity Calendar to the agreed scale delivering on time, in full and within budget. Track and control execution standards ensuring clear visibility of performance and operational effectiveness. Manage agencies that support delivery of the execution
- Region Value / Volume Growth
- Ensure execution to agreed scale, within budget and on time for all planned activities
- Execute deployment of Trade & Brand Investment within the region
- Manage the execution of Region Specific activity Calendar
- Ensure strong relationships with 3rd party agencies & customers to drive flawless execution
- Brand team co-ordination
- Presentation/Training to customers, trade partners on products
Regional Activation :
- Execute the Luxury brands activity calendar for the region in partnership with the On/Off Premise Team.
Execution Standards :
- Ensure that activities are delivered on time, in full and to agreed budgets
Agency Management :
- Work with partner agencies to deliver execution excellence for Luxury brands
Outlet Management :
- Ensure that all visibility and Point of Sale material is executed as per standards and is optimally placed to influence shopper choice
Execution Feedback :
- To provide timely feedback and assessment of executional standards to line manager and cross-functional teams to enable course correction or address specific operational challenges in outlets
- Work cross functionally with Sales Teams, Commercial Manager (Luxury Div.) & Agencies to ensure flawless activation
- Play an influential role in cross functional teams to represent regional activation priorities
- Consistently learns and role models USL Values both internally and externally
- Ambassador of the USL, Code of Business conduct and executes activities in line with USL Marketing Code
- Adheres to and promotes Diageo Alcohol Policy
- 1 - 3 years of work experience - in Trade/Customer Marketing, Key Accounts Management or Marketing, preferably from Luxury industry
- Experience of working in a professional team. Versed in BTL promotional practices
- Presentable personality with excellent communication skill in English - both verbal and written
Educational Qualification :
- MBA/ PGDBM or similar qualification in Marketing from a good institute
Reporting to : Regional Commercial Manager, Luxury Brands
Job Location : Kolkata
Job Scope :
- Travel within region (East) is expected - upto 80% time in market
- Provide the execution leadership to the Region. Shall be responsible for activation/promotion budget management
- Establish a system of reports and communications for all information from the brand team to the sales team and for feedback from the sales team to the brand team
- To actively (start-to-finish) organize events, trainings, and work on projects. Shall be responsible for coordinating with agency for promoting our product through planned and calendared events/promotions.
- Develop ongoing liaison with key leaders in Key Accounts (On-Premise) to ensure that significant developments in the field are identified and monitored
- The role is an M06 grade role
- 1-3 years max is what may be required as experience - from preferably the luxury goods / FMCG industry
- Experience of working in a professional team. Versed in BTL promotional practices
- Presentable personality with excellent communication skill in English - both verbal and written
