Program Delivery Manager  - Support Internal CCO in implementing C&E programs (policies, IT tools, Summary reports)  - Create awareness through training and other modes of communication for the above  - Manage specific campaigns in the respective regions (compliance ambassador,  - Localize CoC for local languages  - Launch CoC in the subsidiaries  - Breach management (includes conducting & closing investigation, preparing reports, follow-up on remedial action)  - Input to Compliance newsletter  - Reports around compliance programs & investigations  - GIV / other specific training, KYC review, Support in Legal privilege investigations, launch and anti-bribery & corruption  - Collaborate with other functions like HR, Legal, CR, Finance to drive compliance programs  - Pro- actively engage with Sales, Manufacturing & Sourcing to identify potential compliance concerns and address them  - Provide inputs to CARM & Audit teams on control gaps and risk mitigation  - Undertake C&E projects (includes benchmarking, best practices study, certifications, etc.)  - Security (to be discussed once the Head of Security & Investigations is on board)  KPI :  - At least 6 touch points with Sales, Manufacturing & Sourcing teams every month  - Maintain breach monitoring sheet and keeping it up-to-date  - Close all investigations within 30 days (includes conducting, reporting & follow through  Analytics role :  - Maintain and update policy storehouse with guidelines and clarifications.  - Review the IT tools on a regular basis and generate monthly reports on entries made, highlighting exceptions made, with the rationale for approval/ rejection of the same.  - Monitor and provide update on the progress of C&E projects, as a pre-read for the team meetings  - Manage the agenda and the minutes of the subcommittee meetings (HR and security)  - Root cause analysis of substantiated (significant) breaches and compile lessons learnt for distribution to RPCs.  - Summarise the reports from the RPCs on project updates and new initiatives, for presenting to Compliance Committee and Mancom meetings.  - Monitoring and updating the training log from all the RPCs for audit purposes.  - Analytics on breach statistics for trends and patterns of breaches  - Consolidating weekly updates from the RPCs, on the progress of ongoing projects  - Summarising and consolidating updates on corporate security milestones and training from RPCs, and providing inputs on the same to Head of Investigations and Security.
