Purpose of this role (Purpose to hire this talent in the organization) :
- Try and target candidates from Big4
- All industries would work except manufacturing
Supervision and control of AR, AP & Claims payment process. Financials control including cost management initiatives and analysis of variance against Budgets and Estimates.
Overview of the department and the process :
Finance Function of UHC Parekh & UHC India is strong 20 member team and leading AR, AP, MIS & Planning, Banking and Treasury, Taxation Function.
Key responsibilities :
- Key Responsibilities includes effective Supervision and control of AR, AP & Claims payment process. Also he needs to have effective control on Providers & DC's. Also should be well verse General Ledger Accounting & Financials control including cost management.
Primary internal stakeholders : (Within organization) :
- Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payables team
Primary external stakeholders (Outside organization) : Vendors & Providers
Required experience & skills: (Qualification/Experience/Target industry/Skills set etc) :
- Qualified Chartered accountant with 7-9 years of experience in the field of General accounting, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables and would have led the team of 5-7 individuals.
Work timings and working days : (if required to work in shifts) :
- Normal Office Hours might have to stretch on actionable days.
Technical expertise required :
- Should be well versed with ERP Systems & MS Office.
