- Manage the Quality Assurance across processes.   - Responsible for supervisory support to Quality Associates through transaction monitoring to deliver results as per SLA targets and timelines.   - Produce weekly open item reports.   - Review and approve monthly Reports, Root Cause Analysis.  - Ensure functioning of the Quality Assurance as per Process/Quality SOP.  Role/Responsibility:  - Ensure timely and effective Transactional Quality Management for all new and existing processes   - Drive SLA adherence / Customer CTQ – ensuring all parameters are met and corrective and preventive actions are taken   - Contribute and attend client/customer reviews/meetings   - Adhere to compliance to Quality standards (CMMI, COPC etc)   - Perform goal setting exercise with the team and ensure effective and measurable reviews and feedback mechanisms   - Best practice sharing across the team   - Value Generation through Six Sigma & Lean projects.   - Lead & Mentor Six Sigma projects   - Partner with Management in building Effective & Efficient Quality Assurance framework & practices   - Drive people development by aligning them in to the Technical, Behavioral & Business Acumen related program "L&D/ MetLeap/QA Connect"   - Drive culture of data oriented decision making  Functional Competencies Required:   - Knowledge of the Quality Concepts, process and tools  - Ability to use the desktop computer systems and MS Office  - Knowledge on COPC “2.4 Transaction Monitoring”  - Analytical and Logical Thinking   - Knowledge on Transaction Monitoring and management   - Strong hold on data collection and reporting  - Trained on 7 QC Tools   - Certified or Trained YB/GB Six Sigma "preferred"   - Problem solving skills using the Quality tools   - Coaching and Feedback ability
