Unit Head - Foundry (16-22 yrs)
Roles And responsibility:
- Responsible for Planning, procurement, storage, Production, Testing & Dispatch of all types Castings & Machined components & meeting production targets.
- Managing all facilities, Equipments, Machines, Tools, Jigs & Fixtures under Charge in CI foundry and machine shop.
- Coordination with Marketing and vendor development
- Supporting new product development & streamlining in production line, Sustaining QMS TS 16949 improvements
- Productivity Enhancement
- Managing and meeting quality targets and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve Targeted sales growth /productivity Growth
- Rejection Control
- Responsible for Maintenance Management and Housekeeping of complex
- Inventory Control, Manpower Control, Improvement projects, Cost reduction in Consumable
- Overall responsible for financial performance of the division.
