Responsibilities :  Primary :  - All Client communication (SPOC)  - SDK Integration communication  - Client Onboarding & Dashboard Training  - Manage Weekly Client meetings  - Create and Send Weekly reports to Clients  - Raising Invoices and related activities  - Issues and Escalation handling  - Setting up tools for account management and support  - Client and Internal Team communication management  - Maintain Key Metrics for clients  - Get Testimonials or social recommendation  - Use Analytics tool to identify gaps and inform clients  - Client Demos (last mile closure)  - Creating and Sending Monthly Newsletter to clients  - New Requirements Process set up and handling  - Collating   - Prioritizing   - Coordinating with Product and Tech team  - Setting expectations with clients on timelines  Secondary :  - Creating list of potential clients  - Cold Calling/Emailing to prospects  - Identifying and creating GTM for community Building   - Building GTM Strategies on Partnerships and Alliances  - Digital Agencies/Media Buying agencies partnerships  - Social Media account Handling and maintenance (Partially)  - Identify and Publish 2 Blogs a month (product or domain related)  - Identifying events and conferences to attend  - Planning and executing strategy for events and conferences  - Identify speaking opportunities  - User Dashboard usage behavior analysis and action report   - Identifying Thought Leadership opportunities  - Using Social Media to generate leads (Partially)  - Identify Growth Hack (at least 2 in a quarter)  Requirements :  Must have attributes :  - Must Have SaaS Software SELLING and Account Management Experience  - Be Awesomely Crazy about making customers happy   - Goes bonkers when talking to customers and giving product demos   - Ideally with 2+ years of experience but Passion counts more for us  If you feel, you can handle hyper growth, hard work and party harder culture.
