We create, market and distribute the products that people choose to feed their families and keep themselves and their homes clean and fresh.   Location : Bangalore  Department : ETS Information & Analytics  Fixed Term Assignment : 2 years fixed term project based assignment   Main purpose of role :  - The purpose of the job is to create stronger analytics that will enable the Finance function to find insights & actions at clicks of a few buttons with the objective of getting to Material facts quickly, to Identifying Opportunities and to secure Forecasts by building range of scenarios & identify actions  Key Accountabilities :  - Supporting deployment of different Global solutions agenda in U2K2 Landscape.  - Delivering through others and influencing 3rd parties (MCO- s, IT technical teams, leadership team) as crucial in delivering I&A agenda.  - Support change management activities that are required to embed the I&A template in the countries & functions  - Working on Global solutions agenda.  - Solution design involving deciding upon right level of granularity and algorithms in the solution for decision making.  - Translation of business need (requirement) into processes and tools with goal of either to make information available and/or to simplify/automate how information is made available/produced to the client.  - Support retrofit activities in the various Landscapes on account of new initiatives.  - Adopting new techniques like Cloud, Automated Testing, Agile ways of working  Education & Work Experience :   - The Candidate should be a Chartered Accountant/CIMA  - The role demands 1-2 years of functional experience in Finance Information Management (e.g. Management Reporting, SC Finance, CD Finance, Product Costing, Financial Reporting).  - Basic appreciation of the other functional areas which include Customer Development and Supply Chain.  - Experience in Information Management projects/initiatives is preferred.  - Ability to work with and deliver through virtual teams is a must  - Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership and influencing skills required  Online Assessment :  Please note : As part of the job application, you will be asked to complete an online assessment.
