The BCC category is growing at a CAGR of - 20%. The category is under penetrated and has low consumption in India and hence will continue to grow - 20% in the years to come as penetration and consumption move up. The KCLL team is based out of Pune and resourced with people from Kimberly Clark & Unilever.  Within the category this role is meant for Huggies brand. This role will directly report into the Sales & Marketing head for KCLL.  Tasks Handled:  This position would be responsible for Baby & Child care brand, Huggies. The role will encompass bringing the brand alive in   - Annual Brand Marketing Plan - Creating the annual marketing calendar in alignment with the national category strategy and the innovation plan prepared by the Innovation team.   - Integrated Brand Communication - Co-create Integrated Brand communication along with the brand innovation team and ensure effective deployment of the activations in the Indian market. Work with the digital marketing and speciality channels team to deliver the brand objectives.  - Managing the A&P - Managing the advertising & promotion spends on the brand ensuring the deployment across the right communication mediums and product portfolio such as to maximize impact on brand volumes and market share. The person will also be responsible for defining the trade promo strategy for the project  - Media strategy - Devising a media strategy in line with the reach and awareness objectives of the brand. Establishing deployment principles with media agency, executing & monitoring them. Developing partnerships / alliances with relevant media vehicles to help drive salience & buzz on the brand and aid deployment of IBC. Some specific examples:  - Non traditional media approach - a combination of limited resources (not limited ideas) & prioritised markets would ensure that the media strategy be customised for this brand. It would have to be both innovative & creative enough to break through the media clutter.  - Closely working with the shopper marketing team - the incumbent would be required to have basic understanding of Indian trade environment for FMCG and should be able to work with the customer marketing teams to co-create channel jobs to be done and channel programmes that can aid delivery of channel jobs  - Working in a matrix structure - The role requires operating in a matrix structure with HUL & KC organizations  Environment:  The details are mentioned in the contacts arising outside Unilever & KCLL.   Problem Solving:  - Developing strong consumer insights that enables development of effective activation programmes  - Ability to understand and hypothesis issues and opportunities for specific geographies and countries - decoding different CMI inputs such as6P notes, MMM output, Brand Audits for the same  - Engagement and relationship building with country Brand Development Teams and Customer Development Team  - Ability to attack multi-dimensional marketing problems and identify root causes and key triggers in the brand building model that would drive success for this brand and ruthlessly going after them would be a key challenge in this role  Resource To Be Managed Under Your Authority:  The incumbent would be responsible for managing the entire A&P spends  - assistant brand manager and 1 MIS officer would be reporting into this role  External teams - Media partner, Digital partner, Activation Partners  Personal Profile:  - Strong analytical ability  - Entrepreneurial mindset & willing to work in an unstructured environment  - Total experience of 5-8 years with existing experience of brand management - 2-3 yrs  - Adept at digital deployment of media would be an added bonus.   - PGDBM/MBA from a Tier 1 campus is a must
