This role requires managing the Information &Analytics - Reporting Operations team responsible for Supply chain/SC Finance/R&D and HR information deliveries along with driving the ‘Supply chain finance simplification project’ called RUBIK. This project has resulted in the migration of a major chunk of reporting activities in the Supply chain finance function into IM Operations, Bangalore.

- This role needs to manage the services in the ‘BAU mode’ and work with SC Finance function and BIT team to land new capabilities

- This role has to collaborate with senior stakeholders in the Supply chain/Supply chain finance functions and manage expectations from ‘service recipients’ cut across procurement, planning, manufacturing, customer service excellence, SC Finance, Sustainability teams etc in the business.

- This role also involves working closely with directors/managers who are part of Finance/SC/R&D information teams within Information & Analytics to deliver the I&A strategy.

This role will be accountable for the following goals

Service levels(SC/R&D):

- On time & In full deliveries as per targets in Business excellence reporting (core Supply chain/R&D)

- Green Voice of client on reports delivered

- Successful delivery of procurement catalogue

Service levels/Transformation:

- Landing the new SC Finance standard reports/working in collaboration with SC hub & BIT

- On time & In full deliveries as per targets in Business excellence reporting(SC Finance)

- All reports delivered through one view/MBI

- Drive decommission of legacy reports

Productivity/Costs and quality:

- Achieve 10% year on year productivity

- Reduce cost of information production/increase speed of delivery

- Deliver quality improvements through lean and process-reengineering

- Understanding of Core Supply chain business and KPIs

- Understanding of Supply chain finance business and KPIs

- Prior experience in managing process driven operations

- Prior experience in senior stakeholder management

- Project management skills

- Transition management/off-shoring experiences

- Proven track record in driving continuous improvement based productivity benefits
