You will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating cross service line activities from implementation stage to the final operational stage. The applicant must demonstrate effective interpersonal skills and influencing skills to ensure the successful delivery of the Programme whilst creating a supportive environment and a highly motivated team.  Accountabilities and Responsibilities  In this role your responsibilities will include :  - Ensures that the programmes of interrelated projects are developed in line with Unilever Business and Functional / Service Strategies.  - Co-ordinates the programme of interrelated projects, from approval to closure, to ensure optimum efficiency in the allocation of common resources and skills. Ensures that realistic Programme, quality & compliance, and risk plans are prepared and maintained.  - Effectively estimates costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful delivery of the Project(s).  - Takes responsibility for the definition, documentation and safe execution of medium scale Programmes (typically up to 5 m), actively participating in all phases of the Innovation Funnel.  - Tracks all programme activities against the plan, providing regular and accurate reports to stakeholders, as appropriate and manages stakeholder expectations.  - Ensures that the Programme is established and managed to maximize the Benefits identified in the Business Case, and that Benefits tracking is established for Benefits Realization post Programme Closure  - Ensures that Programme is formally closed and where appropriate, subsequently reviewed, and that lessons learned are captured and actioned. Produces appropriate documentation to support these processes  Essential Experience, Skills & Qualifications :   - Successful track record of leading infrastructure technology based Programmes, in excess of 1m.  - Successful track record of leading a Programme team in a multi-cultural and multi-national environment.  - Successful track record of building relationships across the Programme / Project and Business environment in which the Programme / Project is delivering.  - Demonstrated knowledge of Programme Management Processes.  - Demonstrated knowledge of process design techniques.  - Demonstrated ability to follow quality assurance processes  - Demonstrated ability to use a Programme / Project Management tool set (CA Clarity, and MS Office Suite preferred)  - Demonstrated ability to use collaboration tools (Audio Conferencing, Video Conferencing, Live Meeting, Share-point)
