Designation : Master Data Change Manager  Function : Information & Analytics  Key Responsibilites:  Drive the Change agenda for Global MDM, providing end-to-end leadership across functions  a.Lead end to end change management activities - from change impact analysis to execution.  b.Identify Communication strategy and plan development including stakeholder management planning.  c.Leveraging external best practice to benefit the outcomes of the project whilst delivering change to the standards and expectation of UL's Change Acceleration Process (CAP)  d.Partner and support directly with MDM Program leads to assess change management needs, develop change management strategy and identify execution plan for all change impact tasks.  e. Work with Functional counterparts to ensure concise plans are developed to support Business requirement in-line with project schedule. Work with Line managers & Domain Leads for Resource allocation.  f. Ability to lead programme teams in understanding and determining requirement and translating requirements into delivery plans  g. Provide ad hoc support to programme lead and teams in ensuring effective implementation  h.The change manager role will report status into the GMDM harmonisation Project leads and will adhere to supporting status reporting, issue escalation and resolution proactively  i. Development and execution of plan change interventions and activitie  j.Develop and proactively follow up on end user adoption / benefits realisation targets and plans   k. Ensure the change management strategy and delivery plans meet the agreed functional impact needs.  l. Manage and deliver the Change components of innovation projects on-time, in-full meeting business needs.  m.Proactive management of change tasks and activities in line with programme management standards with commitment to escalate issues early  n.Manage and direct Change management activities - delivering through others where required based on size of effort.  o.Where required, hire contractor help to deliver to plan. Support Line Manager in Managing third parties to deliver on time, in full, according to standards and within budget plans  p.Actively monitor change management team and escalate any issues foreseen to line manager  q.Enforce alignment to MD Governance process.   r.Identify training strategy, needs analysis, plan development and execution of training tasks - aligned to training requirements to meet Change plan.   s.Deliver to agreed Requirement, design and timelines - within Budget. Effectively manage Scope Creep  t.Ability to direct and co-ordinate complex activities to manage and implement numerous projects throughout the project lifecycle  Key Skills/Experience  IT Change Management  MDM  Escalation Management  Thorough in the the change delivery and implementation  Business Process understanding  Influencing stakeholders in accepting change, implement change and lead team implementing the change
