Job Title: IT Manager- Plan  Job Description:  - Up to 12 years of experience in implementation / consulting within CPG domain focused on Sales and Integration with Operations Planning Areas.  - Strong understanding of the CPG value chain - Significant understanding in various processes of Trade promotion management/ Campaign management/ customer development, Sales Processes and integration with S&OP process within CPG domain from a business/ functional perspective  - End-to-end Trade Promotion Management solution design & Implementation  - Hands on experience in requirements capturing, analysis, walk-through and sign off of requirements with Customers/External Vendors   - Ability to Manage multiple small sized teams  - Defining application functional requirements, use cases, test cases, application usability requirements, user interface specifications and application process flow.  - Experience in Performing gap analysis and translated business requirements and high level design into application functional requirements and detailed design documents.   - Experience on Project Methodologies ( Waterfall, Agile) and SDLC Lifecycle  - Present project status to required levels of leadership/management   - Facilitate scope change discussions and provide recommendations to Project Owners   Relevant Experience:  - 10+yrs of Experience in IT  - Hands on experience on Skills like Supply Planning, Demand Planning, - Trade Promotion Management is preferred  - Experience in ERP like SAP is desired  - Keen to learn technology like Dotnet is desired  - Team handling experience is preferred
