Job Title: IT Manager- O2C(SME)  Main Accountability:   - O2C SME is expected to carry out the role for all O2C functions - Order fulfillment, Billing, Credit Management, AR. Candidate is also expected to have good appreciation of O2C integration with other SAP functions viz Finance and supply chain  - SME has an active role in all projects / changes landing in landscape, tightly coupling with the AD PMs, global SMEs in Finance area, he/she is directly responsible for the design and implementation of the projects / changes regarding own area for the landscape.   Essential skills & Relevant Experience:  - Business process knowledge in critical O2C areas - Order fulfillment, Billing, Credit management, AR  - Overall 10+ years experience across industry  - 6+ years relevant experience in SAP/Finance  - 2-3 E2E implementations experience in O2C  - Team lead with managing team of 10+ people  - Should have played functional role in SAP Projects  - Experienced in working for Large Global projects is desired  Primary IT Skills (Essential)  - SAP skills in O2C area across all SAP sub functions  - Project management  - Testing  Secondary IT Skills:  - ASAP methodology  - Application architecture and development relating to ERP  - Business process knowledge in critical O2C areas - Across sub functions including integration with finance and supply chain  - Application life cycle management  - Quality Management  - Document Management Techniques  - Strong communication
