Job title: Global Brand Development Manager - Innovation  Location: Mumbai  Deliverable of the Role 	  Key deliverable:  - Create global communication toolkit.   - Create global PR toolkit   - Create communication toolkit for partners / experts   - Lead ideation, design and development of product innovations with cross functional project teams.   - Lead the cross functional project team comprising R&D, Discover, External Affairs, CMI & Finance   - Co-create deployment plans with countries, and ensure committed deployment.   - Understand consumer triggers and barriers   - Engagement with multiple senior stakeholders internally to manage project, and for deployment across countries  Required Professional skills:  - Minimum 6-10 years of work experience and minimum 3-4 years of experience in brand management are required. Brand development experience will be preferred.   - Candidates from FMCG companies preferred.  - Good understanding of digital and PR channels  - Ability to interact with senior stakeholders and build effective networks across teams / countries.   - Ability to work with cross cultural and diverse teams as the job entails significant travel and partnering with international firms based out of India.   - Clear demonstration of bias for action, project leadership and team skills.   - Clear demonstration of strong project management skills especially in providing structure and guidance to cross functional team. Can develop collaborative relationships across multiple work groups to ensure effective execution of plans.  - High degree of analytical and creative skills; clear demonstration of consumer insight and concept development experience.  Educational Qualification: Full time 2 year PGDBM/MBA course from Tier 1 institute is a must.  Organizational Structure: The role reports to the Global Brand Director who reports to the GBVP.
