Position Title : ETS Process and Technology Manager Integration - BPM Standards & Tools Capability

Reports to : ETS Process &Technology Manager – Integration

Main accountabilities
- Deliver harmonisation, operational effectiveness and measurable improvement through the design and delivery of process and system solutions that generate value for the business
- Analyse business processes and systems, and identify business factors influencing the development of new or alternative business processes & systems
- Works with the function to develop a true rolling 8-quarter plan of IT demand for the function.
- Overall accountable for the delivery of the projects on time and budget withing relevant portfolio.
- Ensures that required project and portfolio information is available in all required formats and systems (Clarity)
- Assess change requests and create clarity of business process requirements that drive appropriate delivery of services
- Design effective end-to-end process solutions to deliver the Function’s business strategy and policy
- Manage and participate in process improvement projects, ensuring the smooth integration of new business processes and tools with organisational structure and culture.
- Assess the implications of new processes on both people and organisation and identify the activities necessary to ensure a smooth transition to new processes & tools.
- Support the definition of operational acceptance criteria for new and changed processes and tools and support Service Operations in judging if operational acceptance criteria have been met
- Manage the implementation of new or amended services, processes, procedures, tools and techniques
- Determine, develop and monitor monthly performance measures specific to the live service
- Monitor and ensure process compliance - work with stakeholders within Unilever and Service Providers and the wider business to ensure the service is working as desired
- Capture, build and share internal and external best practices
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of emerging process and technology trends and developments in areas of interest to the organisation
- Support training and testing where appropriate and educate extended user base on solutions as required
- Create and maintain process knowledge to be made available professionally through ES organisation to the business
- Ensure robust controls are in place for security and access to systems and enabling technologies

- GPM Project and User Onboarding
- Process Knowledge Management (GPM Process Wiki)
- Process Change Requests Procedure
- Design & develop Sharepoint collaboration tools
- Various BusOps Collaboration Sharepoints
- GPM Reporting
- ARIS 9 exploration
- Delivering BPM/GPM Operations
- Ensure delivery of BPM/GPM Operations for projects and teams
- Coordinate day-to-day business with 3rd party suppliers and IT Services
- Maintain GPM Essentials (the GPM learning platform)´
- Setup and perform GPM trainings
- Develop process passports / process landscapes for projects in GPM
- Monitor project progress against planned (and scheduled) GPM deliverables for GPM
- Create GPM Reports
- Prepare (monthly) GPM KPIs
- Create monthly reports from Clarity

Relevant Skills & Experience :
- Strong Functional experience of 5 to 12 years
