Main purpose of this role is to:  - Innovate and develop End-to-End (E2E) & Converged business-relevant solutions & services aligned with market & technology trends.  - Drive continuous improvement within existing services w.r.t service and cost to maximize investment returns.  - Drive wider ETS Stakeholder engagement & visibility of new Innovation & Solution Architecture updates.  - Drive Proof of Concept/Proof of Value of technology & service innovations with IS Operate & COE teams.  - Develop Solution Architecture for technology & services that have been selected for activation & deployment.   - Build business-case & TCO for technology & services that have been selected for activation & deployment.  - Ensure consideration for E2E service convergence, integration & TCO.  Enterprise Innovation Lead will lead a team of Enterprise Innovation Managers to deliver the Screen, Develop & Evaluate phase of technology and service innovation to drive new capability development & improving efficiency of existing capabilities.  - Drive Technology Scan, Screening (Business relevance), Evaluation & Selection  - Deliver 12-24-36 month Roadmap  - Ensure Technology Lifecycle input into the Roadmap & Solution Architecture  - Drive and Deliver Proof of Concept (POC)  - Drive and Deliver Proof of Value (POV)  - Establish the Business-Case/TCO  - Ensure external Technology & market orientation to tap in the best for Unilever needs  - Vendor Relationship Management (technology perspective)  - Link with Vendor & External Architects as part of the POC/POV process and building the Solution Architecture  - Link with Gartner, Forrester, etc. for understanding market developments & trends, esp. within peer groups.  - Deliver Solution Architecture for Innovation that need to be transformed into capability via the Capability Architect teams.  - Integrated working with CTO for embedding Strategic & Enterprise Architecture into the Solution Architecture development.  Essential:  - Successful track record in technology and/or service evaluation.  - Strategic influencing capability  - Experience in strategy development and implementation.  - Experience of gathering complex business requirements and balancing them across the enterprise  - Complex business case development  - Successful track record of project management working on medium-large scale and/or complex projects  - Experience of working as part of a global/virtual team  - Hands-on experience in Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud transformation & migrations and Virtualization.  - Experience in Storage, Database & SAP.  - Good knowledge and understanding of Network technologies.  - Relevant Industry certifications/standards for delivery methodology, e.g. TOGAF, ITIL, etc  Key Interfaces:  - Capability Architects & Analysts  - Enterprise Innovation Manager & Analysts  - CoE Subject Matter Experts  - Optimize Program team  - Service & Solution Design team  - Solution Demand team (Portfolio)  - Procurement  - Finance  - Service Lines (Operate - EC, NS & DC)  - Project Managers  - Supplier Architects  - Supplier Management Teams  - CTO (Infrastructure Enterprise Architect & Chief Architect)
