Location: Bangalore

Unilever Enterprise & Technology Solutions (ETS) is a new global business unit that will manage the company's shared business services, made up of HR Services, Business Finance services, IT services, Information Management Services and Workplace Services.

The key benefits from ETS are expected to be:

- Lower cost of delivery through standardisation, simplification, process harmonisation & scale leverage.

Within the service catalogue of ETS, Business & Finance Services organisation is responsible for the management and delivery of Finance Services globally, both through third-party outsourced providers (e.g. IBM, CapGemini) and through in-sourced operations.

Unilever undertook Effective Financial Control and Reporting (EFCR) project with an agenda to reduce the cost of control by - 50 mln (50% reduction). The agenda in controls is called Zero Based Controls (ZBC). As part of the ZBC project, a global governance model supporting the Unilever standards for access and financial process controls is being designed and having a common approach for managing user access to financial systems.

The agenda on controls involved creation of a new service line under ETS called Controls Service Centre (CSC), located in Bangalore. The new service line will have 4 key services 1) Access Control 2) Configuration Controls 3) Control Health Indicators 4) Financial Controls Assessment & ITGC

This role leads the Access Controls in CSC. This role needs to draw out strategy for centralising and standardizing access management for all Key Financial Application systems. This involves bringing all access related operations into CSC AC hub, which will cater end to end access management to Unilever users. The person will be a Senior manager and will be a subject matter expert. The role will require working with internal access control counterparts and stakeholders in different parts of Unilever as well as extensive working with service provider. Some of the key aspects of the role are:

- Extensive senior Stakeholder management ability with cross skill set of content and technical skill

- Project management and team management capabilities, and managing large teams. Driving global agendas & Implement continuous improvement opportunities

- Risk management skills in ERP access, info security and process management space.

- Knowledge of key business processes such as Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Make to Deliver and Order to Cash.

- Extensive knowledge of SAP security - Roles and Authorization, with special focus on risk based approach to access management

- Extensive knowledge in SAP GRC access control- GRC 10

- Large proportion of the role is transformation space, dealing with designing business roles in SAP for Europe, Americas, taking into consideration multiple country complexities.

- Perform the role of SAP GRC subject matter specialist including the ability to provide in-depth application support to internal/external project team members.

- Understand critical business and information technology risks including segregation of duties principles.

- Provides Ad-hoc query reports to direct report and upper management

Main Accountabilities

- Lead Access Management from CSC, with strategy and implementation skills.

- Manage access control projects and operations

- Interact closely with Controls Excellence Team, IT Centre of Excellence, providing CSC insight.

- Landing transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programs in Access controls, and driving stake holder alignment

Chartered Accountant / MBA with 10 -12 years of experience

SAP experience

- Minimum of 5+ years hands on SAP experience

- Working knowledge in SAP GRC access control

- Must have hands on experience with the end to end / full life cycles of SAP Security and GRC implementation
