Job Overview:

- Responsible for exceeding the Company's targets to acquire new B2B Enterprise customers for the assigned territory.

- Convert leads identified by demand generation team into wins.

- Reports to the Vice President of Regional Sales.

Uniken is embarking on an ambitious five year plan to expand its regional presence, including in India. The role on offer, will enable suitable candidate to be a part of the next round of leadership team to grow Uniken business. The opportunities for growth and financial rewards are immense, limited only by the ambition, capabilities and credibility of the chosen candidate.

Responsibilities:

Convert leads identified by demand generation team into quick wins in the shortest possible time.

This includes:

- Being responsive to quickly meet relevant stake holders from identified prospects.

- Accurately qualify steps that would be needed to bring home the business from the identified prospect.

- Effectively demonstrate and present REL-ID Enterprise security capabilities

- Submit commercial proposals and conduct effective negotiations to achieve quick closures.

- Ensure smooth handover to Account Development team

- Accurately forecast and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual new sign ups and revenue numbers for the assigned territory.

- Document all sales contacts and activities in Uniken's sales tools and CRM systems.

- Provide constant feedback to Sales, business development and marketing on the territory environment.

- Have eyes and ears to the ground to identify opportunities and threats for the assigned territory and accounts

- Work with channel partners as needed to identify and win new business

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and MBA in Marketing is a plus.

- Minimum of 7-8 years experience selling Enterprise Security products or Security services to Fortune 500

- Enterprise customers in India.

- Successful experience of identifying and qualifying prospects, articulating clearly the value proposition and winning new business with Enterprise customers.

- Proven track record to accurately forecast and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenues.

- Strong knowledge of typical Enterprise Security offerings and competitive scenarios in India.

- Proven track record of Hunter and Hustler mindset to win new business.

- Ability to demonstrate personal credibility, instill trust and build rapport with Enterprise IT and Security buyers - CIO/CTO, Head of IT Infrastructure. CISO/Head of Risk and other IT/security/Operation teams.

- Ability to read mindsets of buyers and clearly distinguish early, the influencers, actual decision makers, nay-sayers and those irrelevant to the purchase decision.

- Ability to successfully move a sale from seemingly large complex scenario to identify lowest hanging opportunity to quickly achieve a first landing deal win.

- Ability to anticipate challenges, think on feet , prioritise amongst multiple options and maintain positive relationships to enable quick closures.

- Ability to work independently, negotiate effectively and achieve goals with minimal supervision.

- Combative, high achiever and aspirational in nature .

- Ability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adjust to changing demands and travel at short notice as needed.

- Persistent despite facing obstacles, convey a sense of urgency and drive issues to closures.

- Highly trust worthy, displays personal and corporate integrity at all times and holds self-accountable for results
