Who we are?

uFaber.com is a well-funded EduTech startup, founded by serial entrepreneurs from IIT Bombay, with a view to change the way we learn, in every stage of our life. Technology has changed almost every aspect of our life, but the way we learn is still the same. We are trying to change that

Who exactly are we looking for?

We are looking to add key team members who are interested in working in a fun, creative, collaborative and exciting environment. As a sales trainer your job would be to ensure that all sales professionals have thorough knowledge of the product, can effectively use closing skills, overcome objections, and use consultative selling techniques. The trainer should be considered a resource for the entire sales staff. The sales trainer should conduct ongoing training for all skill levels, including basic sales skills, their sales pitch etc.

What will you be doing?

- In a growth stage startup you would be often surprised to know how much and how fast you can work. This is how your initial days might look like.

- Design, develop and deliver sales pitch /training sessions on company products( various courses we offer)

- Ensure all the training module content is technically accurate by collaborating with Course Managers/Product Heads.

- Recognise improvement opportunities and gaps and clearly identifies and articulates options and tools available to help drive desired behavior

- Modifies/revises sales pitch in accordance with clients and course unique needs.
