Knowledge Manager - Digital media Marketing

- Your are excellent in your grasp of digital media marketing and take pride in the depth of your knowledge and understanding

- You love act of educating others in your skill. You have an uncanny ability to simplify and decipher even the most complex of concepts, for a complete novice.

- You are intellectual and can read/understand/discuss any topic under the sun.

- You have high standards of quality and you don't settle with "just good".

- You have the fire and desire to do something new and challenging.

- You get bored doing the same thing and like to explore newer domains.

- You can utilize both sides of your brain.

- You love what you do have and are brimming with an entrepreneurial spirit

What will you be doing :

- In a growth stage startup you would be often surprised to know how much and how fast you can work. This is how your initial days might look like.

- Brainstorm and research about the learning requirements of people in the age 15 to 40.

- Discuss and design the curriculum as well as scope of courses in the super domain of Digital Media Marketing.

- Research and re-establish subjects, skills and learning requirements of different audience and identify matching teaching methodologies

- Develop a network of other knowledge and industry experts to ensure, you are making a world class product

- Design processes, to ensure development of high quality online courses with highly effective pedagogy, which can engage thousands of learners and create a legacy that can last for years.

- Manage and lead an entire dedicated team to walk the talk once the courses are launched
