Planning &amp; Execution : Plan and execute the business acquisition plan. 2. Responsible to continuously improvise the productivity through training, regular interactions, reviews and feedback, hand holding and expanding the demand funnel 3. Responsible to establish a strong MIS and productivity trackers 4. Responsible for sales targets along with growth and profitability of the portfolio 5. New Branches - Responsible for setting up of new HUBs in line with management plan 6. Quality - Responsible for the quality of business portfolio, work closely with risk &amp; credit teams to take necessary corrective actions 7. Conceptualize and develop business development activities to enhance business volume 8. Responsible for Collections of delinquent accounts and manage quality portfolio 9. Market intelligence, providing inputs and feedback for policy and process improvement. 10. Responsible for Creating Lending Partnerships Education - Engineer / MBA - Finance from a Premier Institution. Experience :&nbsp;1 to 5 years of work experience in a fast paced startup in the Fin-tech Domain or in a fast growing NBFC. Skill Set Requirement : 1.
