What you will do: - Responsible for end to end recruitment for multiple business units. - Partnering with teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage expectations through a deep understanding. - Build and maintain the network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management. - Implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits company's mission to deliver the highest quality results. What you will need: - MBA with 2- 5 years of Logistics recruitment experience. Preferred Industry: E-commerce/ Logistics - Enthusiastic &amp; eager to learn and take additional responsibilities. - Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment and a generalist do-what-it-takes mindset
